This nine songs, created consciously from the lo-fi threshold, pierces with secrecy and tiptoe, holding some kind of smile in between lines, through that nebular still at sight in the pop universe: the nebular some affirm is a Phill Spector creation. There, lightly dream-crispy distortions not yet cleared holds the Andrea Bellair's voice, who interweaves phrasings that, more accurate, pretend to play between inconsistency and whispers. And while she goes through ponds of imprecise reflections, Adam Malec's guitarrs and other sound sources outlines some sort of future memories, because from one song to another the oldschool sound (sixties pop, no doubt) changes from one to another that jumps to more experimental pop grounds, yet to be defined with a precise and cardinal word. Yes, everything here passed on without any filter, direct from the duo pulsations (both esthetic and practical) to sleezy manufactured recorders.This is how pop can be, elegant and awkward. Estas nueve canciones, creadas a conciencia desde el umbral lo-fi, traspasan con sigilo y de puntillas, portando una especie de sonrisa entre líneas, por aquella nebulosa aun visible en el universo del pop: la nebulosa que algunos afirman haber sido creada por Phill Spector. Ahí, distorsiones ligeramente crispadas por sueños que no se acaban de aclarar se aferran a la voz de Andrea Bellair, quien entreteje de su garganta fraseos que más bien pretenden juguetear entre la inconsistencia y el susurro. Y mientras ella atraviesa charcos de reflejos imprecisos, las guitarras y demás propósitos sonoros de Adam Malec trazan algo así como recuerdos futuros, por que de una canción a otra el sabor de antaño (sesentero, de pop sesentero) cambia por uno que brinca a terrenos experimentales del pop que aun no se definen con una palabra precisa y cardinal. Sí, aquí todo pasó sin filtro, directo de las pulsaciones (estéticas y prácticas) del dúo a grabadoras de manufactura dudosa. Así es el pop también, elegante y desgarbado.
